Coaching 101 (4-month program)
Prerequisite: Some professional training

This accelerated interactive program provides basic coaching tools and techniques that drive for results. Our program will give structure and specific steps that have proven useful for even an experienced coach. Those who complete this course are able to set up a simply coaching practice. Coaching 101 helps participants to gain hands-on experience in creating coach/client relationships that generate transformational growth.

This course includes

36 hours of remote/virtual classroom training
18 hours or more of real-time professional coaching
14 weekly 1-hr telephone conferences with a Certified Coach
4 Saturday classroom sessions (3 hrs each of group interaction)
Learn advanced techniques as "the coach" and as "the client"
State-of-the-art Quick Reference Guides and Tools provided
Coaching 101 course manual
Technical support and personal coaching as required
Participants may receive up to 6 CEUs for this course

Certified Professional Coach*
Coaching 201A, B and C (3-month intensive)
Prerequisite: Coaching 101 or other ICF Basic Training

Learn advanced techniques to build and develop a successful coaching practice. Participants will identify their specialty fields for coaching, build a new customer base, and gain a deeper understanding of coaching procedures and processes to keep clients motivated. Tools, techniques and scripts to build a strong marketing image will be provided.

There are three modules to this program that can be taken individually or consecutively. A Certificate of Completion will be issued at the end of each course. The modules are:

Coaching 201A - Get Clients Now! (in 30 days)
Acquire valuable "client-getting" secrets known only to elite coaching professionals. Learn to grow a coaching practice using key elements that stand out in niche markets. Develop new cash opportunities while brainstorming with your peers in the classroom. Lots of fun!

Coaching 201B - Coaching Mastery (in 30 days)
Become a "Master of Asking" through exercises proven to increase proficiency and gets results. Participants will practice a variety of techniques that cause client action in overcoming obstacles, self-discovery, time management, fast-track goal setting, and use conversation models that work for everyone in any situation.

Coaching 201C - Group Coaching for Dollar$$$ (in 30 days)

Learn the dynamics of group coaching and high performance methods for motivating small groups. Expand your current client base using social media and internet marketing. Participants will learn trade secrets from successful professional coaches and behavioral experts.

Each course includes:

36 hours of face-to-face coaching training (12 hours each course)
24 hours+ of real-time coaching by CAC peers
All classroom coaching sessions are recorded for on-going student access
Learn advanced techniques for executive coaching
Advanced Reference Guides and tools provided
Coaching 201 course manual
Technical support and personal coaching
Weekly sessions with a Certified Coach available at a discounted rate for program participants.
Participants receive 1.2 CEUs for each course, or 3 CEUs for the complete series.

201 courses are single courses and may be taken individually. A Certificate of Completion may be issued for any 201 course in lieu of pursuing full certification.
